About Me...

Hello to all my new followers and readers! My name is Emma and I am a craft obsessive. I started this blog around a year ago as I wanted to connect with other crafters and share adventures and tips. I have been amazed by the power of social networking sites like Twitter to bring like minded people together. I have met some great people with wonderful and inspiring stories to tell. 

My day job in the law doesn't enable me to be very creative so I express my creative side through sewing, knitting, crochet, and the list goes on! My craft has quite literally taken over the house but I am fortunate enough to have a room dedicated to my hobby.

I recently branched out into wedding crafts as I married my other half in March 2013. I was determined to make my wedding day as handmade as possible and I was so proud of the result. My button bouquet lives on to tell the tale (unlike fresh flowers) and it was a big hit with guests on the day, as were my seed favours and vintage table plan.
